- Share your referral link (
/r/CODE) or tell customers to enter your code at checkout. - Customers who use your code get 10% off their order (one code per checkout — partner codes cannot stack with promo codes).
- Partner tiers: Starter 10%, Bronze 15%, Silver 20%, Gold 25% commission — your customer discount is 10% (currently earning at 10% commission).
- Bronze tier and aboveincludes free monthly product perks while you maintain your tier — we'll confirm what's included when you reach each level.
- Hit a tier's period target (accepted orders or referred volume) to unlock it. You must maintain that target each 30-day period (starting from your first paid referral) or drop one tier when the next period begins.
- You earn commission at your current tier rate on accepted orders that used your code.
- Commission is your tier % of the product total after all discounts, minus shipping for the customer's country, then calculated. Example at Bronze (15%): £200 with £20 off → £180 net → minus £5 UK shipping → 15% of £175 = £26.25. Whether the customer pays shipping or gets free shipping does not change your commission.
- Commission is credited when we mark the customer paid. Unpaid orders do not count until payment is in.
- Payouts are sent on the 15th of each month for all accepted commission owed to you.
- Self-referrals, fake orders, or abuse of the programme may result in withheld commission and removal from the programme.
- We may update these terms; continued use of your partner account means you accept the current terms.
